Florida-based Emergency Communications Network (ECN) is a high-speed outbound notification service, disseminating updates and alerts to affected communities when disasters strike. With help from private equity firm The Riverside Company, ECN was able to expand their footprint across the country and innovate the services they provide.
Since partnering with The Riverside Company, ECN has:
More than doubled its staff;
Grown its footprint to serve more than 80 million households nationwide; and
Delivered 123 notifications, including 113 million calls and 12.3 million severe weather warnings.
