New Research and Education Project from AIC: “Private Investment Works” Highlights Value of Private Equity and Private Credit Across America
Project to feature latest facts and data about private equity’s contributions to job creation, small business growth, secure retirements, and more.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The American Investment Council (AIC) has launched a new project to share the most up-to-date facts and research about private equity and credit. The project, called Private Investment Works, cuts through the noise to provide data, first-person testimonials, and resources about real-life impacts of private equity and private credit investments.
“Private investment is playing an incredibly positive role across America. Our industry directly employs 12 million Americans, fuels small businesses, strengthens the retirements of millions of retirees, and drives exciting innovations – from life-saving health treatments to breakthroughs in American manufacturing,” said Drew Maloney, President & CEO of AIC. “Unfortunately, misconceptions about private investment, and its impact, widely persist. This new platform will serve as a reliable source for media, policymakers, and others to get the latest facts and data on our industry’s positive impact on each and every state.”
Private Investment Works will feature:
- Blog posts highlighting private investment’s impact across industries and issue areas—including health care, energy, housing, small business, and pension funds.
- Fact sheets and real data providing readers with accurate information to make informed decisions about how private investment impacts their communities.
- Case studies highlighting the real-life impacts of private investment.
