Sun Capital Partners CEO on CNBC Squawk Box
Appearing on CNBC’s Squawk Box this morning, Sun Capital Partners Rodger Krouse co-CEO discussed the benefits of private equity with the show’s hosts, highlighting private equity’s track record of success growing and creating value for companies across America, as well as the superior returns PE generates for pension funds. “When you actually look at who we invest for,” Krouse explained, “it’s large for retirees, it’s through pensions.” Krouse also emphasized the management expertise that PE brings to companies in which it invests, noting that with private equity’s expertise, companies have “a better chance of succeeding and then a better chance of growing.”
